About Me 

So I am 23 years old. I am an artist. Mainly I do Scenic design for theater, but I love crafting, fashion, photography, pretty much all visual art. 

The Name 

The name Red Sweater Rebellion comes from my grandmother Virginia Benedict. When she was in high school an overly strict headmistress banned the girls from wearing red tops as they “excited the boys” and were a distraction. My Grandmother never liking an unjust rule or an unchallenged authority arranged red sweater day where the entire female student body wore red sweaters to school. She was a woman of effortless glamour who taught all of her grandchildren to never settle and stand up for what’s right.
